These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”) aim to legally define the terms under which the website and services are made available by Royal Mind, and to set the conditions of access and use of the services by the “User.” These T&Cs are accessible on the website under the section “Terms and Conditions.”
Any registration or use of the site implies the User’s full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. Upon registration via the Registration Form, each User explicitly agrees to the T&Cs by ticking the checkbox preceding the following text: “I acknowledge that I have read and understood the T&Cs and I accept them.” If the User does not accept the T&Cs set out in this contract, they must refrain from accessing the services offered by the site.

The site is accessible free of charge from any location to any User with internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility.

By agreeing to register for the reserved services, the registered User commits to providing sincere and accurate information regarding their identity and contact details, particularly their email address.
To access the services, the User must log in using the username and password provided upon registration. Any registered User may also request to unsubscribe at any time by visiting the dedicated page in their personal space. The unsubscription will be effective within a reasonable time.
Any event resulting from force majeure that causes a malfunction of the site or server, as well as any interruption or modification in case of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of royalmind.xyz. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice. The brand NitroHub is a registered trademark of NitroHub. Any full or partial representation, reproduction, or exploitation of this trademark, by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited.
The User must obtain prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication, or copy of the various contents. The User agrees to use the content of the site strictly for private purposes—any use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.
Any full or partial representation of this site, by any method whatsoever, without the express authorization of the website operator, constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L 335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code. Members retain full ownership of their intellectual property rights. However, by posting content on the site, they grant the publishing company a non-exclusive, free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, broadcast, and distribute the content, directly or via authorized third parties, worldwide, on any medium (digital or physical), for the entire duration of the intellectual property rights. Members particularly authorize the use of their content on the internet and mobile networks.
The publishing company agrees to display the member’s name near each use of their content.
Any content uploaded by the User is their sole responsibility. The User agrees not to post content that could harm third-party interests. Any legal action taken by a third party against the site due to User content will be the User’s responsibility. The site may delete or modify any User content at any time and for any reason, without notice.
Article 9: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
French law applies to this contract. In the absence of amicable resolution of a dispute between the parties, only the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
